Welcome to du Fermier, a wonderful French farmhouse style kitchen created by chef Annie Smithers.
Located in the heart of Trentham, one of the gems of the cool country, du Fermier takes it's inspiration from classic french farmhouse cooking. Comfortable, honest food that is augmented by the daily bake, preserves and even some carefully sourced farm, garden and kitchen tools to take home.
Breakfast: Thursday – Sunday. 10-11.30
Lunch: Thursday – Sunday. 12-3
Dinner: Friday & Saturday. 6-9

On this Saturday and Sunday, 23&24, we will not be open during the day. We will be at the Spring Hill Peony Farm selling coffee and doughnuts and making scones for the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation Fundraiser at Paul Bangay's 'Stonefields'.
