Join Annie Smithers in another new Masterclass - “Growing and cooking from your own Kitchen Garden”.

You will start at Babbington Park, Lyonville at 10 am where you will enjoy morning tea in the Chapel at Babbington Park with a talk from Annie about how and why we grow food for the restaurant. This is followed by an instructive walk around the vegetable garden focussing on the fruit and vegetables she then serves with lunch.

You will all then take a short drive back to her restaurant, du Fermier in Trentham where you will enjoy a light lunch with a glass of wine and then settle into an introduction of cooking from your garden with Annie, where she will explain and demonstrate how to use basic principles to get the most out of your kitchen garden. The class will conclude at around 4 pm.
